I am a regular practisioner of yoga from more than 15 years as I also belong to leanage of saints or you may say follower of Great Guru's who not only realised their ownselves but make others to realise their self. Well I have created this Blog to share common views regarding Yoga Practices and rationale behind them. I invite all those person who are having interest in Yoga.
